We liked that there was a restaurant with bar on-site, complimentary bfast, bike and jet ski rentals, gift shop, small "beachy" area with hammock outside the back patio, and check-in/out was a breeze. However, for the cost, we feel that the A/C should have been able to be set to lower than 75° as it is extremely hot in Key West during summer! Beds could be more comfy but overall a decent nights sleep. Rooms need a little update and TLC as they are dated and showing their wear. They also offer a Trolley service to Duval St for convenience.

The property needs upgrade. It’s too ancient and old. The receptionist who they called Mama G was unfriendly unpleasant nasty abd should be at the reception. The room is clean but the beach at the back of the hotel which is part of the hotel is dirty and stinky. The person in charge of the breakfast area is pleasant and accommodating.

Overall was a great stay. Our room has a nice view into the bay. The breakfast was very basic with not a lot of options. The pool was basic too and the water was too warm. The turtles were a treat for our kids to watch. They loved it.
