“We booked a room here and arrived to find that the bathroom and shower are fully outside, open to the elements. This is not something that is made clear in the listing where it should be — upfront, before you book. We had no choice but to leave and book another place at our own expense.
Looking at other reviews, we are clearly not alone. This keeps happening to guests, and the owner shows no interest in fixing the actual problem — which is the listing.
Instead, when guests complain, out come……
