“This rental was in a great location for pool, restaurants, state parks and beaches. We found it to be very clean upon arrival with a welcoming decor. The canal is on the side of the entrance to the unit, however, there were nice chairs that we could put outside our door and enjoy the boats and the water. “The house has been very tastefully remodeled. The bathrooms have tiled showers and the toilets have bidets. The kitchen is very nice and all rooms are decorated with a vacation theme. The pool and hot tub are very nice and clean. Overall, it was perfect for me and my group. JC is an outstanding host and we would stay at this house again when visiting the keys!”

“Host was welcoming, but accomodations were not what we expected. Propane tanks had not been filled and gray water tanks had not been emptied. Ran out of propane and toilet backed uo.”

“By the description of the property I was was hoping for an amazing experience. The house exterior looked like it was in need of clean up. It just looked like the construction crew left and no one did detail cleaning Our room was on the upper level. It was called the Star room. Apparently there was a methane gas leak somewhere, as our room, the entire stay smelled like an unflushed toilet. It was a lingering odor. We had fans in the room, which helped. The house has this lovely weather vane on……

“What a charming and beautiful property. Beautiful landscape and the room was clean and comfortable. (The only minor issue was the lack of electrical outlets , but we brought our own extension cords) We definitely recommend this place 👌”

“The house itself was adequate. It could definitely be cleaner. It is on Vrbo as able to accommodate six guests. There are five coffee cups in the cupboards, and one teaspoon in the silverware drawer. I contacted the host because there were 5 washcloths and one hand towel in the entire house, he informed me it was a Vrbo, not a hotel. We flew in, and did not pack to supply our own towels, nor did we expect to have to do laundry every single day of our vacation, although we definitely don’t mind……
