“We stayed at the apartment for 4 days for my husbands 50th birthday in Feb 2026\. We only had 1 towel for the 4 of us for the whole stay despite numerous requests for more towels. The bathroom is disgusting - mouldy, musty and unhygienic. Please see photos to see the extent of the mould. No towels and a disgusting mouldy bathroom- I would not recommend this apartment. The owner offered compensation as my stay was awful but despite numerous requests this did not happen”

“Hotel.com act like a scam. I didn't know that the Ty Nant hotel was only for students. After contacting Hotels.com several times, it was impossible to get the deposit back. Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund. Keep up the good work Hotels.com Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions. But definitely it will have a impact on people when they're read my review on Trustpilot. ”
