This charming ground-floor apartment on Cornelius-Gurlitt-Straße 28 offers a tranquil escape just 8 km from Dresden’s vibrant city center. With a private terrace and access to a heated communal pool, the garden is perfect for sunbathing, relaxing, and letting kids enjoy the play equipment. The quiet location makes it ideal for couples or small families seeking serenity with city access.  
  
Surrounded by nature and culture, the flat is close to a forest (300 m), bakery (200 m), and restaurants (500 m). Public transport is just 500 m away, making it easy to explore Dresden’s baroque old town, museums, and concert halls. Excursions to Saxon Switzerland, Pillnitz Castle, and boat trips on the Elbe offer unforgettable experiences.  
  
Whether you're into hiking, skiing, or sightseeing, this spot is a gateway to it all. With nearby amenities like a hospital (1.5 km), bike rental (1.5 km), and a golf course (5 km), your stay blends comfort, convenience, and adventure.
