"Service in bar / restaurant was very poor food was good, ordering food and drink was just terrible, mixing up drinks and going to wrong customers never seen anything like it for a 5 star Hotel. But everything else was perfect"

Unloved.
"Could be lovely. Spectacular views and surroundings. Needs some maintenance, a deep clean and a lot of love. Beds, the most uncomfortable we have ever slept in. On the lovely evenings/ nights we couldn’t sit out. Garden furniture rusty and green."
