Hotel was really nice. Room was comfortable however wifi only worked in one corner of the room. We were not able to use wife in the bed or while sitting on the sofa. In room safe is not digital, you need to rent a key & lock. The food was great, no complaints. The buffet had lots of options and great service. The Brazilian restaurant was really nice along with a small buffet on the beach. Bars were great. The pools were large, clean and easy to get a sun lounger. The beach looked beautiful, unfortunately it was full of seaweed which made enjoying the beach difficult. Hopefully the resort cleans the beach when more tourists visit as that is important for a beach resort. We enjoyed the sports bar and also the gym was large and had lots to offer.

They have these transportation van in the facility that people felt like sardines. Too much restrictions and that we have to purchase with them in order to have more privileges. I booked a vacation not a timeshare deal. What they had me do for 4 hours I should have paid only $300 dollars for the reservation. Other timeshares do the same, I have visited several. This was over-priced considering that I was going to have a timeshare interview. If I knew this was going to happened I wouldn't book this hotel. The beach access was ridiculous, is a joke of a beach. My back yard have more space than their beach front. Lake Welch in bear mountain is easy bigger. It was a huge disappointment. They even offer a gift, I don't even bother with it. That is how disappointed I was. I will never reserve in this place again. In the resort, there was a couple of old ladies stranded in heavy rain. There was not a staff near by or transportation near that area. My wife and I had to make phone calls and find one of these sardine vans to come over for the two elderly ladies. They were really worried, this is another reason why I don't like this resort. These people have golf cart, but they don't want to rent them out to guest, that would be nice even though it comes at a cost but it would be so helpful to get around. The food was decent but they could have done way better for the price that they charge me. I have a lot more to say but I won't be able to, since I'm running out of characters. No good
