Localização!

O ponto positivo do hotel é a localização. Alguns funcionários são bem prestativos. Os funcionários do café da manhã, também. Limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar, problemas com a reposição das toalhas, tínhamos sempre que pedir a Recepcão.

I had booked for an upgraded panoramic suite for my husband and on checking they said room isn’t available due to some exhibition happening and that they will shift him the next day. Thant never happened and he stayed in a down graded room. This is not acceptable and we need to be compensated some way.

Very unpleasant stay. No water was there, bathroom was not in good condition. Water pressure was so weak. I said 2 people are coming but only one bathrobe. No preparation. When I called Room Service, they said it is housekeeping fault which customers do not care, they just want the thing, they were blaming housekeeping. No apologies or anything. I work in Hotel industries as well, this is not how they should handle it. Although room was in fine condition other matters messed it up. Still have not gotten my deposit back which is very unpleasant. Won’t be coming back to this hotel for sure
