The staff were attentive and friendly, especially the check in staff and Robert in the on-site restaurant. The amenities and communal spaces were well thought out. The pool area was fabulous, and the on-site mini supermarket and self service laundry are added bonuses ( AED 50 wash/dry) A short walk to the metro station (Rove can be seen outside exit 4) and was only AED 6 from the airport. Also a short walk to the Deira city centre mall.

From check-in to check-out hands down one of the best hotels in Dubai. The staff is very friendly(Chetan at the front desk) and helpful ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. This should be a 4-star and maybe even a 5-star hotel. Will definitely stay here in the future!

This hotel has been an amazing experience for us. We travelled with a baby and everyone was very accommodating to whatever we needed. The hotel had all of the amenities onsite but if you do need to go out there is a mall, mosque and restaurants all close by. Special thanks to Bassam and May who really looked after us at breakfast during our stay. We hope to see you both again in our next visit

Our experience at the Rove city centre was good. It was fairly close to the airport so the taxi ride to the hotel itself took minutes. Check in was quick and simple. Our room however was rather small and it lacked any kind of storage space to pack away our belongings. I ended up stacking my clothes on top of a stall. Room had the usual amenities like a fridge and complimentary tea & coffee. Housekeeping were always around and always asked if we needed any extras or the room cleaned. Breakfast was good however it was the same items every morning. Towards the end of our stay we’d exhausted the entire menu we decided we’d have breakfast at the nearby mall. Speaking of which, about 5-7 minutes away was the Deira city centre mall. We found that cutting through the metro station near the hotel meant we could avoid the blazing heat and sun. Rove also has a in house laundry room which we found very helpful. My daughter absolutely loved the swimming pool and for me the gym was also a plus which was open 24 hours. Staff were always welcoming and attentive. Overall, a good experience at the Rover.
