The hotel was great orginal book two night. Had to add a thrid night because of airljne change. I asked early if a room would be avaible on the first day. Receptionistaskbmy to cheeck back ter in day Later i asked her if had a room the third nightand she said yes. Next day i get call from hotel when i was on a bus saying i needed to pock up my lugage. I was left scambling to find a place to stay my last night in Ireland.

In my opinion the worst hotel i have stayed in. The shower had no ventilation. The air conditioning did not work. The windows were locked shut. So we had no chance for fresh air. There was black mold in the bathroom. Stains and dirt in the room and on the carpet. The TV stand was cracked. The frame of the mirror was damaged from the steam of the coffeemaker. First i wss told our room was not readt when we arrived at 15:30 to check in. We were offered a room looking into the courtyard after i asked for a room overlooking the street. But the room we received looked straight into other peoples appartments with no curtains for privacy only curtains to darken the room for the night. I booked a room for 4 people and our room had an unprepared sofa. Only towels for 2 people. The shower had no proper curtain. There was no safe in the room either. For 243Euro for 1 night a true disgrace. During check in i told the man at the desk it was my husband's birthday gift to stay in Dublin and there was no help when we complained twice. Since my family did not feel comfortable sleeping in a room like this and we were told the hotel was booked, we left. My parking ticket was validated but not with a proper discount so i paid 24 Euro for a couple of hours. Never again will i stay in any Leonardo hotel anywhere!

Positives: great location, friendly staff, bathrooms were well designed. Cons: air conditioning unit was broken and there was no way to move air (we were told that has happened in many units). Phone did not work. Vaguely smelled like off-gassing paint.

A very nice hotel to spend a few relaxing days in Dublin. Ate in on two occasions and not only did we have good quality food but also good value- my only gripe would be that there was no option to pay the bill in cash

Nicely updated rooms but is definitely in a shady area. You can tell it's trying g to change but still not the nicest area. Saw several drug sales as well as offers. I wish we had stayed at the other location as we went there by mistake and it was much nicer.

It was difficult to get someone at the front desk to answer when we called from the room. We had four people staying in our room, but only had two towels. The pull out bed was terrible and had not bedding or pillows. Again, when we called down to ask for bedding-we could not get an answer. At times staff was quite short with us at the front desk and other times they were friendly. The bar staff was amazing and always very helpful. We tried to order room service, but could never get an answer. Disappointed and would not stay here again.
