“Staff and room amenities ”

“Staff was great. We had an issue with the heat in our room, maintenance arrived at our room as soon as he got to work. He got us a new room, made sure the cleaning staff took care of the room ASAP and went to the front desk to retrieve our new key cards.”

“The room is really neat and confortable. If you come here with kids, there is a indoor pool where kids can play around. Breakfast selection is mediocre.”

“This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. It is not a boutique or high-end facility. But the owners have figured out what is important to their guests and have provided all of the necessities with quality products and care. There were 3 large towels. Lately all of the places I have stayed with 2 of us, there were 2 towels. I use a 2nd one for my hair. I so appreciate this. The hair dryer was the best I have ever had. It is strong, not like the ones in other hotels that take……

“Love the room. The only complaint that I have is that it took forever for the heat to actually warm up when I got to the room it was off and then it took a couple of hours to get it up to 65 even but I still love the room and take a visit to the hot tub, which is really nice and warm, but the bubbles didn’t work but still had a great time.”
