“Vi ankom clampingen sent på kvelden. Til tross for at middagen egentlig var stengt fikk vi servert varm og god suppe ved ankomst. Steder tilberedte også vegetarmåltid til oss etter forespørsel. Teltene var godt brukt, men det var god plass og strøm i teltene. Vi fikk også tilgang til eget bad med badekar, dusj og toalett. Renholdet kunne vært bedre, men var heller ikke ille. Vi var dessverre litt uheldig med været, så ble ingen spektakulær soloppgang på oss. Beliggenhet er bra og clampingen er……

“This was a beautiful hotel. The building has so many precious embellishments like flowers and plants everywhere and a koi pond. The walkways are beautiful. The rooms are very modern and updated. The views of Dalat are fabulous. The breakfast buffet was perfect for our family of 5\. We loved our stay here. The staff were so kind and helpful. This hotel is off a quiet street in Dalat. “The rooms were spotless, the owner was amazing was happy to help with anything, you get free breakfast and menus sent every night. We ended up staying an extra night which was a good price and we could stay in the same room. It’s a little out of the way but only 7-15 mins in taxi or bike. It’s quiet. We luckily stumbled on this booking by chance and checking the reviews. Not one fault at all. ”

“整體來說、整個園區非常美麗、就在湖畔邊，還附設了許多設施，環境乾淨、房間很大、服務也很好。 白玉微瑕就是、這邊比較寧靜、在山林湖畔間，出門就是要搭計程車、或是包車會，到處玩會比較方便。 但是有個問題、很嚴重， 我們有使用洗衣服的服務， 飯店人員說我們洗衣服費用會很高、 沒有聯絡到我們確定、不敢幫我們洗， 但是手機（越南）完全沒有接到電話、 下午14:00-17:00在房間休息、也同樣沒有接到任何電話，這與對方的每小時都有聯絡、明顯有出入， 最後11:30退房時、櫃檯居然還收了我們洗衣費用89萬越盾， 如果不是我們打算在飯店用完午餐再離開、再出發去機場搭飛機回胡志明、那是不是這錢就沒救了？ 希望飯店能有所改進、因為這個狀況衍生的問題、可大可小。”
