"This was our 3rd year staying at this home. We are a family of 6 adults and 3 children. The home is spacious and allows everyone time to be together or wander to another part of the house for some quiet time. The views are amazing and the outside yard is great for the little ones to run around and play. Hannah is a great host and very easy to reach. I hope to be back next year with my family. "

"Our stay at River Ranch was great. House was clean and well stocked. Very close to South Ridge Lodge (walking distance if you're up for it, though it would be a trek with gear). Michele was very communicative. AND we got 3 feet of snow - couldn't ask for a better time!"

"Absolutely incredible. Do not hesitate on this place, should you see it available - book it! The house is warm, inviting, clean and absolutely stunning. It fit our group perfectly and it was like Christmas morning watching the kids wake up and hustle down the stair with the biggest smile. The host is so kind and should you decide to visit - you will really appreciate the house, family history and the love that is poured into the home. "

"My sister and her husband stayed at this fabulous house for 4 days. I couldn’t go but they had a wonderful experience. The house was spotless and cozy. The waterfalls were beautiful and they fell asleep listening to the falls. They sat out on the deck with a glass of wine and dinner. They definitely will be going back and I will be joining them! It’s a great place to just reset."

"First thing. When we pulled into the driveway the curb appeal was off the charts. Better than the pics on Vrbo! Views, Views, Views. Sunday River in all it's glory where breathtaking!!!!!!!!!!! Tv's in every room, Great internet that actually work very well with no issues! The Kitchen was very well equipped. We needed nothing as far as cooking utensils and appliances! I ordered wood and propane for delivery. They deliveries when with in 1.5 hrs of ordering and the prices where the same prices on...

"We loved it! Nice little house that is right on Ackers Pond! We loved the deck overlooking the lake. Perfect for coffee in the morning and a drink in the evening. The house had everything we needed. It was very clean and also had a huge kitchen. We will be going back! Communication with the host was easy."

"This home was absolutely immaculate when we arrived. Our host was very very nice and was available and communicated with me leading up to our trip. The home is totally redone and it’s absolutely gorgeous. This was a great homebase for six of us with side-by-side’s and ATVs to be able to get on the trails quickly. I absolutely will be going back and I had an amazing experience. Thanks to the host! "
