Well, it’s not the fanciest place but for what it was and the price I paid it was great! Very clean rooms, with good shampoo, soap, etc. I used the sauna, hot tub and pool which was a nice little bonus. We had an adjoining room which was perfect for our travelers.

We had a great stay at the Rodeway Inn Gorham Riverside! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect for our trip, especially having easy access to the ATV/UTV trails. It was so convenient being able to ride right from the hotel without having to trailer the machine. The hotel was a great value for the price, and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the Gorham area, especially if you’re coming up to ride the trails!

I love this place. I have stayed there many times. It’s a very clean property, the rooms are newly renovated, the staff is always very nice and accommodating and I like the wide parking lot for truck and trailer.

The staff were for the most part friendly and helpful, and the pool and hot tub were nice. The walls were super thin and you could hear your neighbors very clearly. The beds were uncomfortable and had little bedding/ blankets. Overall I would not return to this motel but the staff were kind and accommodating.

Breakfast was just ok, if you didn’t get there early, the only thing left was limited cereals and white bread for toast. Coffee was great, juice was great, but waffles were just ok. We stayed in the newly renovated kitchenette. It did not have any utensils, plates or cutlery. There was a cook top but not pots/pans. Room was clean, beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

My room / bathroom were clean, the bed comfortable, quiet night, check-in was quick, the price moderately reasonable. I wish the hot tub / pool were open later hours as I arrived late (closed at 9:00pm), but I did make use of the facilities the next morning (again, open a little earlier than 9:00am would be great for the early risers). Also, the breakfast was satisfactory for me (a non-foodie), offered were bananas and apples as well as the usuals.

Stained shower floor. Pool facility worn out with molded sauna room and pool floor paint peeling. Poor smell in the bedroom. Only the beds were acceptable. Urgent need of an upgrade, not to the expected standards of Expedia booking

The Rodway Inn, Gorham, NH...We entered the hotel room. Furniture looked like they came from a flee market...the 6 dresser drawers had only one cabinet with full handles. When you opened numerous drawers they had visible soils in them. The indoor pool lobby has wet soiled carpet, while pool was freezing with a garden hose in it.
