Check‑in was smooth, and the woman at the front desk was very kind and cordial. She did everything she could to assist me with the issue I experienced. When I entered my room, I was initially pleased to see that it looked clean and tidy. Unfortunately, the strong smell of smoke hit me immediately, and it made me feel sick. “Elevator was out, I am handicap and moving luggage downstairs was horrific. I have a broke neck which makes me unable to look down or sideways, therefore walking downstairs is more than dangerous for me. Elevator was out for several days. ”
