“Elevator was out, I am handicap and moving luggage downstairs was horrific. I have a broke neck which makes me unable to look down or sideways, therefore walking downstairs is more than dangerous for me. Elevator was out for several days. ”

Bar and restaurant in the lobby has great food and drinks, and the best staff! Room was clean and spacious King bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping is quick to respond to any needs .My only suggestion is to change out the pillows from feathers to something that actually has a little bit of support. “The rooms are showing their age although upgrading has apparently begun. Staff are friendly but the hot water was turned off for several hours and the dining room remained closed even after hot water was restored. No compensation was offered, not even complimentary coffee.”
