“Service team was wonderful!”

“The room and entire property was very clean! They had staff cleaning around the clock to keep things looking great! The walk to the beach was very short, less than a block. Finding the parking garage was a little tricky, as it is off Avalon St, not well marked, and tucked underneath the building. Once we found it, there were no issues. We tried to check into our room 2 hours early with no luck. We came back again just 5-10 minutes before 4pm check in time, and we still needed to wait until 4pm.……

“We had a great stay at this condo during our trip to Florida. Everything was very clean and well maintained, which made it easy to relax right away. Communication was excellent—clear, prompt, and the instructions were simple to follow from check-in to check-out. The accommodations were comfortable and nicely set up, with everything we needed for our stay. The location was a big highlight—perfect for easy beach access and close to plenty of activities. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Although they are going through a renovation I feel they probably should’ve closed during the painting. Constantly having to uncover my car to leave because they painters covering the cars with tarps and painting the halls and room doors and having to pull paint covered tape off of the door handle to scan my key ”
