“The amount of money we pay per night, I find it unacceptable that the property owner controls the A/C while away from the property. If we set the thermostat to a certain temperature, I should not walk into the house when it’s nearly 80 degrees inside when I’m about to go to sleep. A/C worked fine when at the house, but they clearly watched the cameras when we left and remotely controlled the climate control to unreasonable level. ”

“The property was clean as advertised inside but the outside photo of a well maintained lawn was misleading. The grass was not in the condition shown in the photo and I had to call the host to get the lawn cut. The outside area was the selling point for me and my family. We had plans to use the outside area during our stay but that did not happen due to the lawn condition. We are a family of 8 and have been able to get property with four bedrooms and four bathrooms in the main location at other……
