The unit itself definitely needs updating & repairs need to be made. Refrigerator water & ice maker was not in working order & although they offered to have an appliance repair man come out, who really wants to worry about that while on vacation. “The house is really split into 2 units. Our unit had 2 bedrooms and was immaculate, except for the living room area rug. The rug needed to be cleaned or removed completely, as it was terribly dirty and stained. The entire unit is either tile or vinyl flooring. The kitchen had lots of utensils for cooking, but needed more storage space or shelves for our shelf-stable food. It also could use a few more skillets (we only had 1; the other small skillet had a broken handle) and some oven pans...
