Very clean and perfectly located in downtown within walking distance of all the restaurants and shops

Close to Main Street (downtown Dunedin), easy to walk to most destinations. Hotel staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, Tea and Coffee available all day. Room Service was timely. Room comfortable and clean.

My one complaint as well as other gas, or is that the rooftop bar has zero access to food. Not only do they not serve you food they won’t allow you to get it downstairs and bring it up or have a pizza delivered. I think this property will quickly realize this is a huge missed opportunity. As people will leave to go eat and it may not just be downstairs since you’ve now aggravated by am by refusing to provide any type of food. Literally how about popcorn or pretzels or some sort of snack.?

It was clean, quiet, and convenient!

My husband and I had an enjoyable week stay at the Palm Court, it was a perfect location for what we wanted to do. If you like walking or biking, the rails to trails path is right there. Pam suggested renting bikes from a nearby shop. We were able to walk to it easily to pick up and later return bikes. Honeymoon beach is only 3 miles from the motel and a perfect spot to view sunsets. The far north beach is best for shelling, keep driving or riding to the very end of the park and follow the signs...

Only stayed one night but will be back to stay here again. Beautiful sunset view from pool deck. Friendly staff and nice facility.

Like: Great unit. It was clean, had kitchen necessities . Outstanding Location with water view from pool deck and a very cool downstairs tiki bar. Trolley to Clearwater outside entry. Only dislike: no direct water access or dock. I felt like photo was pre hurricanes.

Me and my family had a great time. Everyone at the hotel, as well as the restaurant and pool bar, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

The hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect !!! I really love everything about this trip my only concern is the ac on my room it was really hot my only dislike other than that everything was perfect the view the sunset and the food !!!!! I will come back for sure ❤️

Property was very clean. Staff and front desk were very friendly.

Pool was not open and that was the main reason for booking this hotel. We were not notified or given notice that the pool was out of service prior to arriving. If we would have known we would have canceled and gone to a hotel with a pool. Very disappointed.

This hotel definately exceeded our expectations. Even though it is an old building (built in the early 1900s), the staff is very proud of its heritage and previous famous guests. They have done an outstanding job renovating and upkeeping this place. The hotel areas and rooms were impecably clean and the ambiance was from an old high vintage high class hotel. Yes the pool was great a lot of chairs for the guests, pool toys for the kids and adults and clean and friendly staff.
