“The location was perfect for walking to breweries, shopping and restaurants. Very centrally located in the quaint downtown area. There is a short cut at the end of Highland court through Dunedin Brewing that made walking around very accessible. The balcony porch was the best for relaxing and enjoying the warm Florida temperatures. We also enjoyed the ability to watch the local cable provider, Spectrum, for local news and weather. “I liked it because it was clean. I didn't like it for several reasons. First I had a broken window that wouldn't hook locked. I reported it to the desk the first night. He didn't have the time or staff to fix it so I put wooden hangers to keep it from opening. The next morning I saw two maintenance men. One of the men took down my room number and said they would take care of it. It was still broken when I checked out. When I got in the shower and closed the curtain I realized it wouldn't stay……

“Great Location, great communication with VRBO representatives and great front desk personnel. Very clean.. like I said more hotel size than a Condo. Wouldn’t want more than 2 people in the room. Wouldn’t be big enough. Had a nice patio and quiet view. Loved having a restaurant and bar on site..with live music Friday-Sunday and you could hear it while laying at heated pool while looking at the water. Loved it! Probably would love to back next year. ”

However, around 1 AM, I found a cockroach in the kitchen eating my snacks, and then found more cockroaches near the bedroom door, in the bathroom, by the kitchen sink, and in the closet. Unfortunately this made me very uncomfortable and concerned about the cleanliness of the room.
