Kingsgate Hotel Dunedin
Despite the website advertising a bar and restaurant there were neither only a breakfast room. The 25NZD parking per night also comes as a surprise ! The hotel is typical 3 star but beginning to look a little tired. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast simple but adequate.

Beach lodge motel
Older style unit but clean and tidy with good bedding/linen and comfortable beds. Full kitchen. We got the breakfast option whlch included juice, yogurt, a selection of fresh fruit and breads. On site parking and staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
