"Yes the room was spotless. The staff were great . There was a massive choice for breakfast. It's a shame Expedia take the money and don't pay the hotel for ages. I. Shall book direct through the hotel next time."

"It was acceptable, a little tired and the pillows were not great, but have to say thd toom was more than adequate and the greeting at reception when registering following our on line booking was very warm, friendly and professional, the young lady was most helpful"

"There was a mix up at check in, where somebody else had been previously checked into our room ~ hence when we came to check in, no booking was in the system… the receptionists managed to get to the bottom of it, & resolve the issue as well as offering us a drinks voucher for the inconvenience. Was a small issue in the end, but the staff dealt with it really well "
