“The host goes above and beyond to create a really comfortable environment for travelers. So much attention to detail to make it a relaxing stay. Having things like tea, coffee, breakfast, snacks available when traveling as a family of 6 was beyond helpful! It gave us space to laugh, sort our luggage and rest before we flew out from Heathrow the next day. I also left my kindle behind, the team found it quickly and very kindly posted it to my UK address. “La dirección no es del todo clara, el taxi nos dejó en medio de ningún lugar con mi bebé de 9 meses muerta de frío, tocamos varias puertas y los vecinos explicaron que a mucha gente le pasa, incluso en alguna puerta había un cartel decía aquí no es hotel es el número 65, no pudimos cargar el teléfono porque no había donde, la calefacción estaba apagada y nuestra habitación era un congelador, los alrededores muy bien comunicado autobuses. ”
