I was told that Rock Point camp-ground offered some incredible sunsets, and we were not disappointed. Drove here in a 1982 Dodge Roattrek Campervan and spent the weekend exploring.

"Easy directions Soooo much room and a perfect location to all the wineries and neighbouring towns. Hosts were extremely gracious when we requested an early check-in and have been extremely accommodating. "

"The house was brand new and beautiful. We had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. My son had a lacrosse tournament in Hamikton and drivecwas easy and quick. 17 min to Morgan Firestone Arena. So much better than a hotel. Host responded to questions within minutes. "We had a wonderful 2 night stay as a family of four. The suit was updated, clean, quiet and had everything we needed, plus more... not a detail missed! The outside space is absolutely amazing. We enjoyed watching the birds and multiple other wildlife, sitting on the deck and listening to the stream off in the distance, having the yard space to play frisbee as a family and unwinding at night with a campfire and smores. Mike and Michelle, you are outstanding hosts and we hope to visit again soon!"

"Location was great. Quiet friendly neighborhood. Great communication with Host. Over hour delay for check in but host allowed us to hang in the backyard which was great since we were traveling with kids. Overall we were happy with the property. "

"Great home, newer subdivision. Construction ongoing in area, but not an issue. Beds were firmer than we like, but not uncommon for many other sites I’ve stayed at. Owner was great to communicate with, easy drive in and out of downtown. Would stay there again for sure."

"Family trip with 8 adults. Plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Simple decor, comfortable beds and nice neighborhood. About 1/2 mile easy trek to river trial. "

"Close to wine and brewery close to freeway. Really should be called 3 corners. Hotest time in 16 years in this area. But thankfully the AC saved these west coasters visiting Ontario."

Canalside Restaurant, Inn & Kitchen store

10/10 Excellent

"The rooms are located upstairs over the restaurant. We were greeted and checked in by Greg, the owner. Very friendly, made us feel at home. Even offered to help bring up our luggage since there is no elevator and quite a bit of stairs. We had room #6, beautiful, very spacious, very clean, no dingy smell. I would have liked to have two more towels and I’m sure he would have given them to us, but I forgot to ask when we went down for dinner. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet even thought a band was playing in the restaurant. Restaurant food is delicious and the staff are so friendly you feel like family. Hubby enjoyed watching the cargo ships come through the canal. Will definitely stay there again. Thank you for your hospitality. "
