Ideal for relaxing and recharging, this retreat places you close to top wineries, breweries, restaurants, shopping, beaches, and outdoor adventures. Enjoy quick access to hiking trails and the beach just 5 minutes away, Niagara Falls in 25 minutes, the U.S. border in 30 minutes, and downtown Toronto in under an hour.

Welcome to your home away from home! This newer, stylish, spacious, and peaceful 2-bedroom basement suite is located in our custom-built home and is fully private and separate, allowing you to enjoy complete comfort and privacy throughout your stay.

Perfect for couples, families, groups, and business travelers, this bright and comfortable suite offers everything you need for a relaxing and convenient visit.

There are not enough words to describe this wonderful VRBO! The amazing and accommodating hosts live upstairs and are so very kind! Clean, cozy, inviting, beautifully decorated! Wonderful stay in Grimsby!

We booked this stay so we could be close to the Falls and not too far from Toronto for our TS concert. It exceeded our expectations! It was clean, comfortable, spacious, had everything we needed. The hosts were very kind, had welcome brochures, kitchen snacks and put a lot of thought into what guests would need during their stay. The location was in a nice neighborhood. We grocery shopped at near by Food Basics & cooked breakfast every morning. We fed the seagulls & ducks at Forty Mile park.

Stunning Basement Apartment!

We were so happy with our stay here! Allen was very communicative and an incredibly kind host. He was accommodating and allowed us to check-in a couple hours early so we could attend our friend's wedding. We had a lovely stay here. The apartment itself was sparkling clean, super spacious, and just stunning. We also were provided with snacks and tourist pamphlets for the Niagara region. Everything is very well-planned out, and thoughtful. I will definitely stay here again if I am in the area again. I highly recommend; 10/10! :)

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a property owned by Allen and Leahy, and it was an absolutely delightful experience.
