- Our comfortable 3 bedroom and 2 bath townhome is located in the Needles complex just 3 miles south of Purgatory Ski Resort and 20 miles north of historic downtown Durango. It is adjacent to the iconic Old School Pizza as well as across the highway from the Needles Market and Gas station. The condo is the gateway to adventure. Purgatory Mountain is just up the road. Hiking and biking trails right out the front doors and more!
