Visit Durango's historic main street with a short 5-minute drive or access world class mountain biking trails right out the back door. The condo complex offers amenities for all seasons. Cool off in the pool after exploring the San Juan mountains, or relax in the hot tub after a day skiing at Purgatory. No matter your adventure, end the day relaxing by the fire in your cozy living room. This condo has accommodations for 4 and provides a spacious living room with comfortable seating and a large dining room table perfect for playing games or hosting friends and family. The cozy living room also has a fireplace and smart tv perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes or exploring town. The fully stocked kitchen comes with complementary coffee, and is stocked with everything you'll need during your stay. This condo also provides: \- 2 bedrooms w/ comfortable king and queen beds \- 2 full bathrooms \- washer/dryer \- high speed wifi \- private deck w/ outdoor seating \*\*The unit is on the 1st level of the complex, but requires stairs to access the unit (17 stairs total)\*\* \*\*This unit is on the first level of a condo complex and there is potential for noise from the neighbors above\*\* During your stay you'll also have access to the shared pool and hot tub, grills, and sauna located at the clubhouse and a short walk from the unit. The condo complex backs up to Power Line trail which connects to Raiders Ridge and the Horse Gulch trail system, a world class mountain biking system. There is also a huge soccer field and park directly across the street, as well as tennis courts and a golf course (Hillcrest Golf Club). Our stay was a 5-day layover to relax for a few days during a 3 week trip through Colorado. Unfortunately, the pool was not functioning while we were there, one of the main reasons for booking, but the owner did provide a partial refund for the inconvenience. Overall, we were happy with the condo, the location, and the owner and would definitely consider this location again if staying in Durango. ##### James M. Was nice to have amenities in the condo as needed like the washer and dryer. Upright vacuum would have been nice, but the broom sufficed. Decor was interesting and unique. Loved the skateboard shelves. The master bed was surprisingly comfortable to us. The clubhouse was a little outdated and the pool area could have used some attention.
