Vacation with the grandsons

Our two night stay was wonderful. The location was great…just a few minutes from downtown, but quiet and peaceful. The unit was super clean, well-appointed, and featured great amenities. We enjoyed everything from the Aveda products provided in the bathrooms, to the comfy beds, to the amazing video collection. It was perfect for our needs (and wants)!

Great Stay

This was the perfect location and home for my family. My kids, being the old souls they are, were absolutely blown away with the vintage movie collection. We will definitely seek this home out again in future stays.

Great condo across the street from Fort Lewis College

We enjoyed the clean, well stocked, cute condo. Great proximity to Fort Lewis College (short walk to campus) and downtown Durango. Used the pool and hot tub during our stay too. Nice place and I would recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment itself is very nice and comfortable. Missing a few minor things, like bath mats and kitchen sponge or dish cloth. Outside around the apartment there was some debris like discarded cardboard, a broken pole top, and not the best lighting.

Quick 4th of July jaunt

We had the opportunity to use the space as a jumping off point for taking in the beauty of the region. We weren't at the property a ton, but when we were it was a great space for meals, movie watching, a morning cup of coffee, and generally just enjoying time with family.

I received the door code by email and several text messages prior to my arrival so there was no wait getting in the unit. It was fully stocked as promised and everything worked. Football fun weekend...

Our son is playing football for Fort Lewis College & this was such a great location for proximity to the stadium. Fit for of us with plenty of room. Very clean & great amenities! Thanks for making us feel so welcome!

Great place to stay in Durango

Stayed here in the summer. Was a quick drive to everything we needed and easy to get to San Juan National Forest and Mesa Verde. Great hiking and biking trail right behind the condo. Condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable for us and our two teens.
