Fall getaway.

We really enjoyed the Adobe. The staff was nice, and the property in very good condition. The room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is being able to here the shower run for 45 minutes late at night. Great place, highly recommend

Ask for a room in the back, it may be less noisy.

Staff is super friendly. Older, run-down place. Rooms were stuffy, had some over-powering air freshener scent, and the mattress has seen better days. Sinks are too tall for the vanity, and no where to hang towels. We did not get much sleep, because the place is super noisy, being right on the main road. Traffic does not really quiet down. We skipped breakfast (not really sure if there was one), since another guest parked outside our room turned their car engine on at 6:20am, and woke us. Their truck still idling when we left at 7:15am. With costs of everything increasing, this place for $115/night was over-priced.

The hotel is a decent place, and a fine place to stay inexpensively for a few nights, and on top of that is a five minute walk (or less) from the nearby the fabulous Animas river walking trail, which you can walk right into town.
