“Six friends stayed for a week at this beautiful beachfront home. The house has everything needed for a fun and relaxing vacation. There are excellent restaurants and a vineyard with wine tasting within walking distance. The kitchen is fully equipped and modern and there is plenty of space to dine both indoors and out. The grounds and gardens are stunning with lounge chairs and hammocks at several levels leading to the beach. There are many stairs here - like everywhere in Croatia! The owner……

“Really lovely, clean villa in a stunning location however you need a car to drive into Podgora where parking is very difficult, especially in August, as it's very busy. We had a couple of issues with coffee machine not working, no gas for the BBQ and no parasols but this was dealt with quickly by Iva although one small parasol by the pool was not enough (5 of us huddled under it at one point). There was a lack of cups and glasses especially when 7 people are drinking water all day (possibly only……

“We spent 3 weeks in this house end of April/beginning of March 2024. We had a really nice time. It's a bit to drive from the beach or shopping, but it's beautiful and absolutely quiet. Our hosts were reachable 24/7, very friendly and accommodating. Perfect stay!”

“Das Appartement war klein, insbesondere das Bad. Geringfügige Mängel wurden von der sehr netten und freundlichen Vermieterin abgestellt. Als Begrüßung gab es Obst, Wein und Schokolade. Von Lärmbelästigung durch massiven Fahrzeugverkehr war nichts zu hören. Wohl dank der neuen, mautfreien Brücke um nach Dubrovnik zu fahren (ohne Bosnien). Ein Ventil der Wasserversorgung und der Toilettendeckel sowie ein Sonnenschirm wurden sofort ausgetauscht. Einziger Nachteil: Es konnte nur kroatisches TV……

“The pictures do not do the villa justice, the private grounds and gardens are beautiful surrounding a large swimming pool which has lighting around the garden and mood changing pool lighting which made evening swimming a must. Inside the villa is roomy with lots of charming character and well equipped with everything we needed, there is also a hidden snug below the garage which was cool and comfortable and a great escape. 2 of the bedrooms had air conditioning which was much needed as the……

“Haus war weitestgehend wie beschrieben, Lage direkt am Meer top. Leider gab es im direkten Umfeld aufgrund der Nachsaison kaum noch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie, hatte bereits alles geschlossen. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn man diese Info bei Buchung gehabt hätte. Zlatko der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und um seine Gäste bemüht. Leider fehlt dem Grundstück eine pflegende Hand.”

“We had a lovely time at this house - 5 adults, 3 kids. The view from the property is beautiful and we even stopped some dolphins in the bay. The house itself is well-equipped, spacious and clean, as is the pool. We did get a bit disrupted by the noise from neighbouring building works but that gave us the impetus to explore the surrounding countryside. The landlord told us the building stops during the summer months so we were just unlucky in our case. Nevertheless, we had a great week here and……

“We have just returned from a lovely 2 week stay at Villa Olivia. This is the place for total peace. There are no near neighbours. The villa is as described. Milan takes enormous pride in his property and communicates well at all stages of the booking and the stay. He makes every effort to ensure you have everything you need. The villa and grounds are very clean and comfortable. It is perfectly possible to walk down to Podgora, about 30 minutes, but take the taxi number with you from the info……

“Good for our extended family to have separate apartments and yet a good communal space and kitchen. Very close to beautiful lakes and we could use Pero’s canoes and paddle boards. Short trip to beaches. The hosts were lovely and helpful. It was clean and comfortable. Would recommend.”

“We had a beautiful week in Manuelas House. So very clean, well decorated, nice and cozy. Delicius treats upon arrival. Thank you so much. A lovely pool and flowet garden and a stunning view from the bed rooms over Podgora and the sea and Islands. Missed an owen in the kitchen, but found other ways to cook our meals on the grill outside. This holiday House gets our best recommendations👌”

“Das Haus war sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, und uns hat es an wirklich gar nichts gefehlt! Die große Außenanlage mit dem richtig tollen Pool und Jacuzzi war super! Der Pool wurde jeden zweiten Tag früh morgens gereinigt. Die Gastgeber haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und wären bei Problemen und Fragen jederzeit für uns da gewesen. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Vielen Dank Josip & Ana”

“前台服務人員很熱情，在我找不到停車位時，還出來跟我說車子可以停哪邊，並事先提供給我房卡可以刷停車的閘門。 早餐很豐盛，還有義大利起司跟整個蜂巢狀的蜂蜜，也能單點歐姆蛋不多收費用 鄰近海灘，吃完早餐就可以到海灘玩水~也可以租借陽傘&躺椅在那邊度過一個優閒的上午 附近也有登山步道，可惜這次沒有時間過去。 下次有機會來一樣會入住該飯店~ 太棒的體驗了”
