"Room was large and awesome. Great price. Front desk was amazing. Bar and restaurant had some rude staff that lied to us and had attitude when just asking for coffee. Food was good. You have to pay to use the beach chairs and umbrellas. Nice location. Wonderful walkway to restaurants and beaches."

"The stay at Dusina 91 ,exceeded all our expectations. We had our own vineyard on the doorstep. What a suprise when we woke up in the morning. The apartment was amazing and super clean. We walked into a bottle of locally made red wine and a bottle of white. We had 2 baskets of black and green grapes and a basket of figs. All delicious. The outside area was incredible with breathtaking views. The locals were extremely friendly. Our host Drago was very warm and welcoming, nothing too much trouble and his English was very good. He answered all questions as we interrogated him about the local area. He suggested beautiful places to visit. The down side , we were only there for a week. I would highly recommend to families as well as couples of groups of friends. You will need to hire a car as the area is rural , but stunning , peaceful and everything we required. "From September 5th to 15th we vacationed in Croatia—specifically in the town of Podgora—at the lovely Hotel Medora. Our daughter, who lives in California, booked this trip for us. We would like to express our gratitude and warm appreciation to the hotel staff for their care and assistance—especially Zlatan for helping us resolve issues with our car; the reception team for being so attentive and polite regarding our requests; the housekeeping staff for keeping our room spotless; and the restaurant team—the head chef, waiters, and manager—for the incredibly delicious and varied food (hot dishes, cold options, and salads). The desserts were true works of art—everything was incredibly tasty and wholesome. This was our first time vacationing on the Makarska Riviera; The beach was wonderful, featuring crystal-clear seawater, stunning scenery, and excellent, clean facilities. We wish Hotel Medora continued prosperity and business success.
