Although the floors may have been vacuumed in the main traffic path they actually need to be washed along with the mop boards. Maybe a once a month rotation of completing this would help.

In the bathroom baseboards are dusty/dirty and the radiator is all rusty. Should be sanded & painted. Would look 100% better for sure!
