Bad service, no hot water shower, elevator out of service, room not clean, no door lock inside, only with good location, no next time for me.

Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed and lovely food. Close to the beach (best to bring binoculars to view the seals and birds).

Room was not cleaned till the 5th day, I had gone down with my full bin & was literally TOLD to take the bin to the backyard personally, but that was not my job I asked why the room had not been cleaned & was informed I had to ask for this to be done, I asked if this had been in the manual & the staff [ the same one who had told me to take my bin], agreed that it was not, so I said how was I supposed to know this? I believe his name was Dino, perhaps I did not spell it properly. I understood the window not being able to open, c/o seagulls thus at times the room become quite stuffy mostly after a shover I booked 2 extra nights, paid immediately on return from my day trip & checking my emails I was informed that my room had been booked but OYO were awaiting payment, I immediately went to the reception, to find out what had happened, the same staff who had spoken to me in an unprofessional tone when speaking to me about the bin/room cleaning, Just could not assist me, when I showed him the email from OYO, his comment was "that's your email" to which I stated I knew but it was sent to me claiming I had not paid I then showed him the email heading, to which he responded that "OYO" as if to say it had nothing to do with him when in actual fact he was working for OYO he had NO clue as how to go about the query so disappointing & as usual he maintained the attitude of speaking down to someone. Then there was Reuben very conscienticus & indefatigable made the stay acceptable thanks.
