One of the best hotels I’ve visited. We won’t hesitate to stay here again next time we’re in Stockholm. Also, was blown away by the quality of the food when we ordered room service.

Beautiful room with a lot of character, lovely view, personal welcoming touches, the fridge, hot pot and microwave we needed, perfectly clean, and...customer support answered me at midnight bc we were having problems getting in! Turns out we were at the wrong hotel. Ummm....embarrassed. But I was happily shocked that the Bob W. staff got on this right away. I was standing outside a hotel with two teens in town, so very much appreciated all the personal help. Cannot say enoigh about this place! We stayed at the Sodermalm location but I would stay at a Bob W. anywhere in the world, based on this stay alone.

good: great location, spacious to improve: - the standard for cleaning the floors is very low (looks like no wet cleaning), I walked for the first 10 minutes barefoot and my feet were dusty and dirty, needed to use slippers all the time - apartment door should be fixed (the door is not getting properly in to the door frame), my wife could not close it herself, I needed to help every time.
