Viajes a Dzhvarboseli Todo Incluido Vuelo + Hotel

The 24 hour staff in reception were helpful and lovely -- both the men and women. The breakfast was varied and wonderful each morning including lots of fresh vegetables in addition to the usual breads, cheeses, eggs, etc. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the riverside and easy access to walking bridges to visit museums, parks, etc. The view from the balconies is not to be missed. Of course the neighborhood it is a little loud being centered close to all activities. I stayed a week and it felt like home.

Standard rooms facing the street suffer from severe noise due to nearby bars and restaurants, making rest impossible. Fortunately, the manager intervened and upgraded me to a superior room, without which sleeping would have been unachievable. Regrettably, the rest of the staff lacked basic attentiveness and hospitality. During breakfast, the attendant displayed an unwelcoming demeanor and watched me closely without offering basic greetings like a simple "good morning," creating an uncomfortable and unsettling atmosphere. While the manager's professionalism is greatly appreciated, the overall service and street-facing room conditions require significant improvement.

Hotel bien ubicado y limpio. Desayuno correcto
