 Retreat to the comfort of three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each  
 thoughtfully designed to enhance your stay. The main bedroom features a  
 lavish king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom, offering a serene  
 sanctuary for rest and rejuvenation. The second and third bedrooms  
 boast a queen bed and two 3/4 beds respectively, making use of a shared  
 bathroom for added convenience.  
  
 Embrace the amenities of the complex, including a spectacular shared  
 outdoor pool, direct access to the beach, controlled access to the  
 complex and secure parking facilities, including a garage for added  
 convenience.Perna Perna Coastal Escape is a ground floor unit and is  
 accessible via two flights of stairs at the entry, as no lift is  
 available.  
  
 Please note that there is ongoing construction in the building from  
 Mon-Fri - 09:00 - 17:00, Sat- 09:00 - 13:00  
  
Please be advised that construction is ongoing in the building from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00, and on Saturday from 09:00 to 13:00.  
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.  
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.  
Perna Perna is a ground floor unit and is accessible via two flights of stairs at the entry, as no lift is available.  
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.  
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.  
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.  
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.  
  
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 7 N Beach Rd Umdloti Beach, Durban North, 4350.  
  
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
