I booked and paid for 4 nights. I left after one - paid for alternative accomodation and forfeited what I had already paid.
The property was very run down and I felt unsafe. It was about 500m off the main thoroughfare. At the start of the overgrown, unlit road in was a derelict building that was scary itself. Even the Grab drivers were confused as to whether there was accommodation down there.
My room was a container - quirky but not when the air conditioning running at 16 degrees centigrade could only barely cool the place down. Very very steep stairs to get up to the room. Fortunately there were handrails.
The bed was nicely made up but was hard and so were the pillows.
When the tide was in, the views corresponded with the photos - but sitting on the balcony I was surrounded by mewling cats, so couldn’t enjoy it. The garden around the balcony was unkempt and there appeared to be very little maintenance.
I could not recommend.
