It wasn’t a bad location and the staff were communicative but the apartment itself was smelly and was not the cleanest. Could have also had something more like complimentary snacks.

Staff were friendly and helpful and the location was central and very convenient for what I needed while in Melbourne. Room was quite functional for storage and layout. Overall I was happy with my stay. Being from North America I could not believe there was no ice available. In general the room was clean but the shower could use a real thorough deep clean because tiles and faucets had mold/mildew. My bathroom sink was not draining properly from my arrival and even though I reported it and apparently a service request was submitted it wasn’t fixed until the morning I was checking out. Also the TV remote wasn’t working and took some assistance from the manager to get a second type to be able to change channels. Couldn’t make outgoing calls from room phone and quite a few times when I tried calling reception with questions no one was available.

Tram stop out the front. Woolworths across the street. Great pub for dinner at tap86. Apartment was clean, quiet, easy to access. Would definitely stay again👍
