The public areas are lavish but service levels for a 5 star international hotel were dreadful. It felt like a load of concessions rather than a joined up business. I was told I couldn’t sit in the bar area by the spa as I had bought my drink at another bar. That’s absurd. A few weeks of training could solve a lot of the problems.

Beautiful restored old property!!! Great Staff! Breakfast could be a bit better for the price of the room! Over all very happy with my choice!! Great area of Sofia ?!
