“Room was excellent, large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Beds were large with nice quality bedding. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and freshly cooked. Staff were helpful. Our room was above the in house Georgian restaurant, we didn't try it but it looked very popular. There was live entertainment which went on late, maybe 12am, we could hear it in our room which was directly above but it didn't stop us from going to sleep. The Vitosha area had a nice atmosphere and lovely view……

“The hotel was fine. The room was small; quiet hotel overall. Air conditioner was working well, lighting was a bit too bright in the room. The bed was firm and comfortable and room had a big enough shower. Breakfast was included for us and had the basics, including fruits and vegetables. Service was great, very nice staff. “I have comment their check in was cold and no welcoming. The Hotel Executive asistant manager acknowledged my comment and send me a card however come with a set of amenities as same as the welcome amenities. Can see how robotic and service without heart.
