Really friendly and professional welcome and the room was spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed, great shower and complimentary proper coffee in the room. Central location with access within 200m to local restaurants made this place a great find.

The room was spotless and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. My only criticism is that there was insufficient drawer space in the room for clothes, which is why the rating is four stars rather than five.

Staff were lovely and friendly. Breakfast was good for a freebie, with croissants, toast, beans, sausages and bacon all available alongside cereals and fruit. Only issue was with the water pressure, shower was. ABIT weak and toilet took a while for cistern to refill after flushing. Three minute walk from temple meads though meant it was very convenient for travel and 15-20min to centre and to Old Vic theatre. Would stay again.
