“Really nice place for a few days stay in York. Not too far from the centre which was ideal, and had plenty of space, with all the essentials we needed. Host was very helpful and friendly which is always a great plus. Would recommend to anyone planning a York trip.”

“A very nice little flat 10 minutes walk away from the city centre. Lovely thick carpets. The main bedroom is very nice indeed. Comfortable bed. Effective fan provided which was a godsend during hot weather. Kids bedroom was nice too and they loved the bunk bed set up, which was solid. There is outdoor space however it is shared and a small shadowy courtyard. Doesn't look used at all. The flat is a funny layout. “I have been to York many times and stayed in many great places around the city but this beats them all. An easy 3 minute walk to Yorkminster, a Sainsbury's out front and The Bootham Tavern pub across the street. The pictures included in the listing are 100% accurate. The flat itself is roomy, well appointed and has all the amenities one expects (more, actually). It was quiet, comfortable and extremely clean. And having a parking spot in the lower level garage was a bonus. On my next trip, this……

“We started out with the heat not working. After a couple of email exchanges we were moved to a different larger unit for the 3 nights. Great customer service. However, a couple of amenities like Kleenex, shampoo, and shower soap would make the first night much better because there may not be any stores open when you move in.”
