The property personal was professional, kind, respectful, attentive to our needs and made sure that we were comfortable and we were always greeted with respect. The property manager Neki Tatum was extremely professional and made sure our expectations were met. The resort is beautiful, clean, safe. It is perfect for vacationing or just simply visit a paradise.

The property was very clean and spacious. The staff was extremely helpful and inviting. The only qualm I might say is the food was not that great, and given the fact that there were limited options around the area, I expected better. There is no shortage of mosquitos, but the hotel kindly provided natural repellant spray. Overall, the property was lovely and a great introduction to Roatán.

From the front desk to the staff inside in diferrent areas as pool, breakfast, beach, kitchen, others. As we arrived at the aiport someone from the transportation staff we were greated with the Hotel logo signage and your name on the arrival list and taken to the hotel on a cleaned air conditioner van. Driver very precautionary on driving on the road. Overall experience was fabolous, fresh food and great atmosphere in the hotel. Rooms impecable and the cleaning crew always making sure of the premises to stand at the major standards for their guests.
