We absolutely loved this hotel. My wife and I came for two days to celebrate my birthday. The location is fantastic to walk many great places, breakfast buffet was the best, excellent selection and tasty. While eating breakfast then brought me a birthday brownie and put chocolate in our room. Above and beyond expectations. Very clean and modern hotel with great staff. Roof top bar is a must!

The room was very spacious and the hotel was in a great location right in front of the Chicago River. If you don't get a room facing the river the view is terrible. You look out onto the top of other buildings. The toilet seat was not secure and we had to flush twice a few times. Our room door was loud and luckily we noticed if you don't slam the door it doesn't close. Overall the room was nice and we didn't complain but we will probably choose a different hotel next time.

"I always come here to relax and yesterday was no different. I brought my finance so that he could get the experience and he loved it . Downside the pool was down huge disappointment, we were given a late check out to compensate . I love this hotel and casino is pretty and good machines"
