Very clean room. Im not sure of the names of the,staff but the guy at the front desk when i checked in on friday:3/6 about 3pm was excellent with information and customer service. The young lady that works the night shift on 3/7 went beyond and above her duties.. Really appreciate the great stay..

The inside looked like it had been recently renovated. It was more than enough room for 8 people. The kids loved the loft! The location was great. We came in late winter/early spring and it was perfect hiking weather with the kids. The kitchen was more than large enough to make pizzas for dinner and bacon and pancakes for breakfast. I highly recommend taking their suggestion of bringing your own streaming device if you want to do movie night; they make set up very easy.
We can’t wait to come back in the summer when we can take advantage of more of the amenities.

Very cold and drafty, heat only goes to 70 for a few moments. Space heaters are needed. Bathroom is cold, water doesnt reach a super hot temp. Back door is not level so you can see outside through the bottom. Location is great, neighborhood is cool. Not a horrible stay for an urbanite but of there just a little bit of bougie in you, you may wanna pass

Overall very nice. The scenery is beautiful and lots of outdoor activities.
There are a lot of birds that try to come on the porch. They do their best to keep the birds away. they have spikes at the top to keep them from landing. But the porch and porch furniture had bird poop all over it, so we did not sit out on the porch like we would have wanted to do. They could have at least cleaned the furniture and the porch floor between guests.
Just an FYI. The villas are not toddler friendly. The front door opens very easily and there is no option to deadbolt it from the inside. My 1 and a half year old could easily push open the door and run out. And she is not able to open regular doors. This is the only door she has ever been able to open. Also the villas have stairs inside and the bedrooms are upstairs. Just an FYI for those traveling with young kids. Would recommend bringing a baby gate.
Would also have liked better breakfast options. There is only a little gift shop market open with only 1 worker. They make breakfast sandwiches. But It took us an hour to get breakfast to go. Was not the workers fault she was working very hard.
