Over rated and over priced
Bedding and couches had a definite odor. The cable TV had a unwatchable basic channels. The furniture is dated. Property managers need to be more informative in advertising 85 Boreen rd. Overall this was a ripoff.

Classic Cape Cottage
Cranberry Comfort is a classic mid-century beach cottage with many recent updates. Super clean with all the necessities, comfy beds, cute linens and a great location. It’s just a few minutes walk down a private lane to the beach. We love bayside beaches for swimming high tide and beach combing at low tide. This would be a great spot for families with kids. The management company was responsive and easy to work with.

Would recommend staying here. Very clean and quiet settled in a nice camp like neighborhood with a lot of trees. Walking distance to beach and very convenient to ocean side and bay side.

The home was very clean and the location is great. It is just a short walk down a beautiful path to the private beach on the bay. The beach is huge when the tide is out-which was perfect for walking the dog. Communication with the property manager was clear and professional. It was great for a short get away on the Cape.

My family and I had an amazing time on the cape but spent most of the time away from the property. While the rental was clean there were a few important things we wish we had known before renting. One being that the water pressure was nearly nonexistent. Showering was a chore as the trickle was barley enough to wash the soap off. Another downfall was the longer than pictured walk to the beach. While basic the home had all of the things we needed, although some of the blankets didn’t seem fresh. For the price of the rental we expected a bit more. The hosts were very attentive with responding. Not sure if we’d book again.

Private and Peaceful Beach Getaway
Our family was pleasantly surprised with this property. Everything we needed was provided for us and it was so clean! We felt it was our home for a week. The property is settled on a quiet street and so close to the private beach. IT’s centrally located to everything. We would rent it again!
