It has a flat lot that made it easy to enter with very few steps at the doors. It was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The dock was a favorite fishing spot. We especially enjoyed the large screened porch. We spent lots of time out there. We brought our boat and tied up to the dock a few yards from the back porch. (There is a full service marina and free boat launch just down the road). The fishing is fantastic! The neighbors were super friendly.
