"This was my second time staying at Quinta Rivera and it was very disappointing. 4-5 years ago I stayed at Quinta Rivera and I had an absolute pleasant experience. However, my second time around was very disappointing. Rooms are outdated. My room was dirty, bed sheets were ripped and stained. On my first night, I noticed the pillow cases had a potent bad smell. And so I called the front desk to have them change the pillow cases. It turns out the pillows were the ones that needed to be changed. The curtains are suppose to be white but look gray from accumulated dirt. On occasions I have to call the reception desk to bring room essentials because maintenance staff forgot to replenish. Lastly, during our 12 days in Quinta Rivera hotel we had no internet service. Overall, the cleanliness needs to be address and rooms need to be updated. The only 2 great things about Quinta Rivera: is the location -since its just a couple of blocks to el centro and its staff; both reception staff and restaurant staff were very kind and pleasant. "
