“Établissement calme ”

“We stayed overnight and ate in the restaurant. All rather hit & miss. Room was clean & comfortable. The problem was it was poorly ventilated & very stuffy with no air con - a fan helped but it was still difficult to sleep. Not helped by being unable to turn off the bathroom light - I guess it used a motion sensor but it was a good 10 minutes before the light went off. Tended to disturb sleep after visiting the bathroom at night. Much the same with dinner. The langoustine starter was……

“Family friendly welcome! Edith and Jean- Francois are the perfect hosts. Breakfast is excellent in the bright dining room overlooking the beautifully kept garden. We have a little dog and he was made really welcome too. There is a wonderful swimming pool and sun terrace and a jacuzzi. A perfect place to have as a base to visit Normandy, or simply to relax. We booked a ground floor room with easy access to the guest kitchen and the garden to walk the dog through the garden down to the Lac de……
