Very courteous front desk especially David and Rebecca, very friendly and helpful. Clean and spacious room, delicious breakfast and nice amenities. Hotel Rum is very well located, in a quiet street but still central and with easy access to transportation. The decor is nice and modern, service is professional. Breakfast is served on the rooftop restaurant which offers beautiful views of Budapest.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I loved the small intimate feel of the hotel itself. The outdoor spaces were nice and comfortable with different options to choose from. We had a great fresh breakfast every morning to start our day. We would definitely stay again.
