Brand new former display/model home with all the upgrades that a builder wants to show off all there now for your liking.... Layout of bedrooms and baths along with family room and flat patio + yard would make this a great spot for families with kids aged 12 and under... Oversized hot tub on back patio will hold the entire family with room for the kids to run and play whilst mom & sad soak up the views from the tub!!!!
