"The room was dirty and outdated. There was a musty odor to it, probably stemming from the old carpet in the room. It was hard to get to from the parking garage, the charger did not work for our vehicle, and the evening staff was not very helpful. Only positive was the breakfast the next morning which was delicious!"

"The room was clean and bright, warm. In fact too warm in the afternoon. We opened windows then. Amenities were good, shower a good size. Staff were excellent; very accommodating including storing baggage for a week, putting on breakfast early, local information. Some people outside on the street were noisy during the early hours of the morning, but that is beyond the control of the hotel.
